Founded by Nicole Bai, a strategic thinker with over a decade of brand-building experience, Kole Branding exists to empower both businesses and individuals through clarity, collaboration, and bold execution. With deep roots in communication and storytelling, our mission is to help vision-driven brands find their voice and grow with purpose.

Nicole holds a strong academic background from two of the top communication programs in the U.S.—Scripps College of Communication (Ohio University) and S.I. Newhouse of Communication (Syracuse University). Her career spans e-commerce, digital marketing, brand strategy, and business development, with hands-on experience scaling global brands and launching multi-channel campaigns across retail, B2B, and DTC.

From Brand Consultant to Brand Manager to General Manager, Nicole has led U.S. market expansions that turned annual sales from under $20K to over $1 million in just one year. She has built high-performing teams, opened key retail and distributor channels, and delivered results grounded in strategic planning and operational excellence.

The name “Kole” reflects not only Nicole’s extensive brand marketing expertise and resilient spirit, but also nods to the goddess-warrior energy that inspires the brand.
